特徴
This small herbaceous plant forms a low rosette of thick, velvety, dark green leaves with pale undersides. It produces clusters of small five-petaled flowers ranging in color from deep violet-blue to pink or white, featuring bright yellow stamens at the center. Despite its common name, it is not a true violet and belongs instead to the gloxinia family.
